Project including:

• Reconstruction of the existing runway (extension up to 2 470 m) and system of taxiways.
• Reconstruction of the existing apron and aircraft stands, building additional apron and aircraft stands (15 nominal aircraft positions for category "C" and 3 nominal aircraft positions for category "D").
• Building of the new terminal complex (area - about 20000 m2, nominal capacity 650 pass/hour).
• Reconstruction of the existing terminal complex (area - before 2000 m2).
• Reconstruction and building of the airport landside and parking (about 300 parking places).
• Other objects of Airport infrastructure

5. Envisaged financing plan and status of funding approvals

Financing of airfield complex will be by State Budget (Governmental regulation #107 from 22.02.08).

Financing of passenger terminal complex will be by private investors and loans (there is business-plan of International Airport Kharkiv).
