Description of the investment project:

Reconstruction of prospective additional 2 floors, extension of basements and first floor of the front facade of the building, reconstruction of all communication and technical networks, interior and equipment of rooms, halls, office and auxiliary buildings, facades, neighboring territory. It is anticipated to increase hotel area from 5 600 to 11 000 square meters, number of rooms from 73 to 172. Category of hotel after reconstruction: 4*

Located in the city centre between Donetsk Regional State Administration and Donetsk City Council. Alongside of the hotel are situated all outstanding cultural, commercial and public establishments, new Donbass Arena football stadium, building, restaurants, cafes, all the public transport network junction.
