In response to an address of Ukraine's Foreign Minister Petro Poroshenko, the Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) of NATO's International Staff (IS) has released a special encyclical letter among Alliance member and partner countries containing detailed information on the situation in Ukraine related to the flu epidemic spread and urgent needs of the country in this connection, the MFA press-service reports.

As of November 2, Poland and Slovakia have already delivered first humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, namely 200,000 respirators and safety masks, the Tamiflu drug, special oculars. A number of other NATO member states are expected to provide assistance to Ukraine shortly.
